CLOSED: Until Further Notice

Filed under: blogging, wackos — Peaceful Me @ 10:34 pm

Someone has identified me as a deviant and is threatening me to shut me up. This person has posted personal information about me that indicates they know me personally and should be considered a real threat. I have turned the information over to the CID and local police, but for now I must close my blog.

And this is Islam…..

  2. What kind of a person is that?!?!?!

I hope the police catch that person. Everyone seems to be a bully when it comes to the internet. I hope their identity is exposed and they are publicaly reprimanded.

I’ve been through this situation and even though I found out WHO it was, the person got away with it. But its cowardly and despicable all the same

    Hope you come back soon.

  6. People can silence you but they cant change what you believe, I hope that you come back and blog. There are people out there who cannot tolerate different view points, regardless of their faith.

  8. Earlier i read in news some people got arrest due to blogging while many people getting threats via tweeters!

Anyways… there is very less difference between online or offline
i guess someone is giving u threat so take ur precautions! btw its nothing related this or concern with Islam! so dont bring everything to Islam unnecessary!

Solve your problem! and move on!

(thats y people tells U, not to post your personal information online or address as later it can be used as a threat by unknown people especially in Pakistan)

  9. “No – that is NOT Islam. And you know it.”

Not so sure … if some of PM’s opinions are considered blasphamy by the hardliners that rule … it very well could be Islam.

  11. Damnit. Watch yourself, PM. There are some nutty people out there. Is this coming from within Qatar? If so, even more worrysome.

As for the “this is islam comment”

  17. Also i just saw your 2/3rd last post.
I just want to quote you something Sh Habib Umar said a week ago in Australia.

“The extremists who say they speak for Islam, more often than not know as much about Islam as the non muslims.” (im paraphrasing but thats the gist.)

    Comment by Phil — May 14, 2009 @ 1:18 pm

  18. Wow, subanhallah. I’m speechless but, is it really Islam or is it the Muslims. Remember the hadith which states that Islam is made simple it is the people that complicate it. Best with all endeavors.

  19. It’s a shame this blog is closed.
Because it is 78% good and only 22% evil.

  20. Just because the blog is closed doesn’t mean I have to stop contributing.
Perhaps it is time for PM and all you other Muslims to have another look at Christianity.

    *Warning*
The following video is highly influential and will likely lead to a conversion from Islam.

  23. You know Pm I think yur a good person but to be perfectly honest, I’m very offended by your assumption that this is Islam.

If I begin to characterize christians and other religions by the loonatics that ascribe to those beliefs, well we’d end up talking about people’s jacked up human nature, not religion.

You seem to have a deep seated problem with Islam itself. That’s often the impression I get.

Here’s the reality: Muslims today don’t realy follow Islam. They are behind in the world today BECAUSE of that fact, not INSPITE of it.

When they did follow Islam, well you have the glorious Islamic history that I’m assuming you are well aware of.

  24. Islam #1
    Freedom of Speech #0

    Comment by Stat Quo — July 30, 2009 @ 10:59 pm

  25. The “glorious” Islamic history is primarily folklore. Islamic conquests like most other conquests were brutal and oppressive. I understand your need to sugar-coat reality and accept revisionist Islamic history because it lends you a sense of pride, but I think history can be a more valuable teacher if we take a more honest approach. It’s funny how most muslims agree their problems are caused by muslims not following Islam. The moderates tell us that the extremists have distorted Islam to be violent. The extremists tell us the moderates have distorted Islam to appease the west. It seems to me that those who claim Islam a religion of peace have molded their religion to their liking just as much as the jihadists have done in the other direction. Islam is very plyable and can be used to support a variety of positions. Is Islam a religion of peace? Is Islam a religion of war? To me, the answer is yes.
